I just get so angry at what people write to Ms. Field, I don't know, I just loose my head. I hope that you can except my apology and my plea of anger/insanity. Pleeeease? Amelia B. P.S. I am also sorry my plea came so late. Again please forgive me.

Boy Amelia or whatever your name is. Isn't a little rude and very very un-Christian to wish harm to someone by wishing that they would jump off a bridge? I bet Sally would never say anything like that. You should be ashamed of yourself.

On to better subjects with a better caliber of people than this death wishing hypocrite.....I saw the Goat in NY and Sally was very very good and didn't look terribly bad. Ok? Happy? No answer from you needed you hideous wretch Amelia. But then I don't wish you any physical harm. Mr. High Horse

Hello Ms. Field, its me again, Amelia B. I hate what everyone says about you, and I have something to say to those people. I WISH YOU ALL WOULD JUMP OFF A BRIDGE!!!! I know those others have their own opinion, but they don't have to say it(or type it) to your face, it's rude!! I think you look great for your age! Well, have a good day! Amelia B.

to the bitter old haggy woman who likes to preach to others: FYI, I am a moderately sucessful rock musician who has been fortunate enough to have my picture in several major music publications and also have had the luxury of having one of my songs chart. Granted it didn't chart at number 1 but hey, I'll take number 63! Being minimally in the public eye, on-stage, on tour etc. it is crucial that I look my best at all times. If I had a fat ass and someone printed it in a trade, yes I'd be pissed but I am the one who elected to be in the public eye, so that's what I get. That's what Sally gets too. She's in the public eye, and our fickle pop-culture oriented as well as youth oriented society does not take to aging, fading female movie stars well hence all the negative posts about Sally. Not to mention the fact that unfortunately, she is duplicating past performances when she does here quirky little freak-out-sybill-steel magnolia's at the gravesite-hyper-drama thing. We've all seen her do that so I think it's safe to say that she's run out of fresh ideas as well as a fresh face. And one further comment, no one has a right to say to anyone that sometimes people's opinions are better left unsaid. Who our you? Our mother or our censor monitor? Whoever you are, this is only one perspective and you too have a right to your comments. Sally was great in the past, so let's enjoy the fine work she did and hopefully she'll just retire with dignity before she gets too saggy and disgusting. Thanks ever so, Your faithful neighborhood moderately sucessful rock star.

Ms. Field, I have watched all of your movies and TV series at least once, and I have to say I am very impressed and proud of the work that you do. I can't wait 'till November when you are on ER again. I am only 12, and I hate to tell you that I am the only one in my school who thinks you are a spectacular actress with lots more ahead of you. I wish you could be around forever. I would like to ask you a question. Do you know where I could find the movie Sybil? That is my favorite movie! Amelia B.

I think it's truly sad that people waist their time to come on here and say how "old, wrinkly, saggy and fucking stupid" Sally looks. First of all, aging happens to the best of us. It's a part of life. She looks DAMN good ESPECIALLY for being almost 56. Would you appreciate it of someone publicly announced how fat your ass was? Or how grotesque looking your body had become? How about how saggy and wrinkly you are? Why don't you think about that. There's more to people than just an image. It's nice that you have an opinion but sometimes it's better not to share them. She is extremely talented and until all of you who make these comments can actually get in hollywood, compete with here and WIN, then shut up because you have no room to talk.

You people are idiots. I was trying to find videos of The Flying Nun for a friends birthday and suddenly here I am. I read some of the posts and I just couldn't resist responding. First of all, Sally Field IS AN OLD WRINKLED, SAGGY, DISGUSTING PAST HER PRIME WOMAN! Sounds like someone has a crush on her, yeah that's you to that defensive chick who got bent out of shape. Shirley MacLaine rocks and who the fuck cares if she's old or not, she's cool and deserves a happy life. Hell, we all can't be gorgeous forever and Shirley is a good example of HOW to do it RIGHT. Unlike Sally. She fights her age and looks fucking stupid. Flying Nun was an ok show, Gidget was so-so, those stupid car movies with the trans am and Burt Reynolds were Sally at her peak, Sybil was awesome acting and finally, Steel Magnolia's was the cream of the crop for true talent. After that, Sally should have taken her money and gracefully exited the scene and we'd all have more respect for her. She's done good work and now it's all a repeat of past performances and lost glory. That TV show she guest starred on was an embarassing mix of all her best performances rolled into one mess. Give it up Sally, and let us still love you instead of pity you.

To the person who called Sally "old and wrinkly and saggy", it was Shirley MacLaine, not Sally Field, who starred in the movie, "Hell on Heels: The Battle of Mary Kay." Shirley MacLaine was born in 1934, Sally Field in 1946. Do the math! I saw Sally Field in person at a bookstore in Brentwood a little over a year ago, and was struck by how much younger than her age she looks – definitely no wrinkles or signs of mid-50ishness. She was still thin and seemed very physically fit. And in spite of her reserved, calm, and protected exterior in public, she was still radiant. As for Shirley MacLaine, why not let her grow old gracefully? Montana = Dutton.

Sally, I really enjoyed your performance as cosmetic queen Mary Kay in that show last night on tv. You were very funny and very good at your acting considering how old, saggy and wrinkly you looked. I was a little shocked, I knew you were old, but had no idea the extreme amount of aging you have done. Anyways, it's nice to see your face on tv again and your intepretation of Mary Kay was stellar. Thanks, Your fan, Belinda

How many husbands of poor wives at home alone did that skank bed on the set? I bet alot, huh? Oh well, you sure were cute when you were young, it's too bad beauty fades.

THIS IS SERIOUS!!!!!!!!!!! READ THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HEY PEOPLE JUST READ AND TRY THIS IT REALLY WORKS!!!!! THIS REALLY WORKS, SEE HOW THIS TEACHER AND A FRIEND OF MINE MADE XTRA BUCKS IN WEEKS!!!SIMPLE AND IT'S LEGAL!!!!!!! I found this on a bulletin board and decided to try it a little while back, I was browsing through news groups just as you are right now and came across a article similar to this saying that you could make thousands of dollars within weeks with only an initial investment of $6.00!! So, I thought yeah right. This must be a scam, but like most of us, I was curious, so I kept reading. Anyway, it said that you send one dollar to each of the six names and addresses stated in the article. You then delete the first address and change the numbers. ( 2 becomes 1, 3 becomes 2, etc.) place your own name and address on the bottom of the list at number 6 and post the article to at least 200 news groups. (there are thousands) No catch that was it. Therefore, after talking to a few people and thinking it over I decided to try it. What do I have to lose except 6 stamps and $6.00 right? Then I invested the measly six dollars. WELL GUESS WHAT!!! Within 7 days, I started getting money in the mail!!! I was shocked. I thought it was going to stop but it just kept coming. In my first week, I made $25.00. By the end of the second week, I had $900.00. In the end of the third week, I made $5,000.00!!! It's still growing right now. This is now my fourth week and I have made a total of just over $38,000.00! Moreover, it's still coming in rapidly. This is certainly worth $6.00 and 6 stamps. I have spent more than that on the lottery!! Let me tell you how this works and most importantly why it works...Also make sure that you print a copy of this article NOW so you can get the information off of it as you need it. I promise you that if you follow the directions exactly, that you will start making more money than you possibly thought just by doing something so easy!! SUGGESTION: READ THIS ENTIRE MESSAGE CAREFULLY (Print it out or down load it) Follow the simple directions and watch the money come in! It's easy. It's legal. And your investment is only $6.00(plus postage) IMPORTANT: This is not a rip off; it is not indecent; it isn't illegal; and it is virtually no risk - it really works!!!!! If all of the following instructions are adhered to, you will receive extraordinary dividends. PLEASE NOTE: please follow these directions exactly and $1,000's or more can be yours in 20 to 60 days. This program remains successful because of the honesty and integrity of the participants. Please continue its success by carefully adhering to the instructions. You will now become a part of the mail order business. In this business, your product is not solid and tangible, it's a service. You are in the business of developing a mailing list. Many large corporations are happy to pay big bucks for quality list. However, the money made from the mailing list is secondary to the income, which is made from people like you and me asking to be included to that list. Here are the four steps to success: STEP 1: Get 6 separate pieces of paper write the following on each piece of paper "PLEASE PUT ME ON YOUR MAILING LIST." Now get 6 us 1dollar bills and place ONE inside EACH of the six pieces of paper so the bill will not be seen through the envelope to prevent thievery. Next, place one paper in each of the 6 envelopes and seal them. MAKE SURE THERE ARE ENOUGH STAMPS ON YOUR ENVELOPES. You should now have 6 sealed envelopes, each with a piece of paper stating the above phrase your name and address and a $1.00 bill. What you are doing is creating a service. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY LEGAL! You are requesting a legitimate service and you are paying for it! Like most of us, I was a little skeptical and a little worried about the legal aspects of it all. So, I checked it out with the U.S. Post Office (1-800-725-2161) and they confirmed that it is indeed legal!!!!! Mail the six envelopes to the following addresses: #1) TRB 14135 Armant Place Dr. Cypress, TX 77429 #2) Chuks Orji, Samuel Opara 8304 S. Course, #506 Houston, TX 77072 #3) Malcolm Williamson 502 E Michigan Apt#10 Urbana, IL 61801 #4) Jaloni Stevens 7465 S. South Shore Dr. Apt#310 Chicago, IL 60649 #5) Latara Ingram 875 south 17th street Apt.2 Newark, NJ 07108 #6) Syd Maduri 4037 W Lupine Ave. Phoenix, AZ 85029 STEP 2: Now take the #1 name off the list that you see above, move the other names up (6 becomes 5, 5 becomes 4, etc...) and add YOUR name as number 6 on the list. STEP 3: Change anything you need to but try to keep this article as original as possible. Now post your amended article to at least 200 news groups. ( I think there are 24,000 groups) All you need is 200, but remember, the more you post , the more money you make! ** EVERYBODY AROUND THE WORLD CAN DO THIS BUT REMEMBER TO PUT ENOUGH STAMPS ON YOUR ENVELOPES!!!!** This is perfectly legal! If you have any doubts, refer to title 18 sec. 1302 & 1341 of the postal lottery laws. Keep a copy of these steps for your self and whenever you need money, you can use it again and again. PLEASE REMEMBER that this program remains successful because of the honesty and integrity of the participants and by carefully adhering to the directions. Look at it this way, if you are of integrity, the program will continue and the money that so many others have received will come your way. NOTE: You may want to retain every name and address sent to you, on either a computer or a hard copy and keep the notes people sent you. This verifies that you are truly providing a service. (Remember to wrap the $1 bill in the note to prevent mail theft.) So, as each post is downloaded and the directions carefully followed, six members will be reimbursed for their participation as a list developer with one dollar each. Your name will move up the list geometrically so that when your name reaches the #1 spot you will be receiving thousands of dollars in CASH!!!!! What an opportunity for only $6.00 ($1 for each of the six people listed above) Send it now, add your own name to the list and you're in business! DIRECTIONS: HOW TO POST TO NEWS GROUPS STEP 1: You do not need to retype this entire letter to do your own posting. Simply put your cursor at the beginning of this letter and drag your cursor to the bottom of this document, and select "copy" from the edit menu. This will copy the entire letter into the computer's memory. STEP 2: Open a blank notepad file and place your cursor at the top of the blank page. From the edit menu, select "paste." This will paste the copy of the letter into notepad so you can add your name to the list. STEP 3: Save your new notepad file as a .txt file. If you want to do your postings in different settings, you'll always have this file to come back to. STEP 4: Use Netscape and Internet Explorer and try searching for various news groups (on-line forums, message boards, chat sites, discussions.) STEP 5: Visit these message boards and post this article as a new message by highlighting the text of this letter and selecting "paste" from the edit menu. Fill in the subject, this will be the header that everyone sees as they scroll through the list of postings in a particular group, click the post message button. You're done with the first one! CONGRATULATIONS,...THAT'S IT! All you have to do is jump to different news groups and post away, after you get the hang of it, it will take 30 seconds for each news group! **REMEMBER, THE MORE NEWS GROUPS YOU POST IN (MESSAGE BOARDS ETC.) THE MORE MONEY YOU WILL MAKE!! BUT YOU HAVE TO POST A MINIMUM OF 200. That's it! You will begin receiving money from around the world within days! You may eventually want to rent a P.O. Box due to the large amount of mail you will receive. If you wish to stay anonymous, you can invent a name to use as long as the postman will deliver it. **JUST MAKE SURE THE ADDRESS IS CORRECT** Let me break it down, say I receive only 5 replies, so then I made $5 with my name at #6 on the letter. Now each of the 5 persons who just sent me $1 made the MINIMUM 200 postings, each with my name at #5 and only 5 people respond to the original 5 people. That is another $25 for me. Now those 25 people make the MINIMUM 200 post with my name at number 4 and only 5 replies each, I will make $125. Now, those 125 people post the MINIMUM 200 postings with my name at #3 and only get 5 replies each, I will make an additional $626! OK, now here's the fun part each of those 625 people post a MINIMUM 200 with my name at #2 and they only get 5 replies that just made me $3,125!!! Those 3125 people send a MINIMUM 200 postings and they only get 5 replies each with my name at #1, I will receive $15,625!!! With an original investment of $6!!!! AMAZING!!!! . When your name is no longer on the list, you just take the latest postings in the news groups and send out another $6 to names on the list putting yourself at #6 and start posting again. Thousands of people are joining the internet each day and they are reading articles like these just as you are right now. So this can never be played out just keep it going and you can make tons of money too!!!! Please try it now and make big bucks in a few short weeks!!!!!! What do you have to lose?

My mother, daughter, and I just watched Sybil again. It's a great movie but we had questions. What is the name of the song playing throughout the movie and where can we find it? Also, where is the actress who played the little child Sybil? I have never seen one actress play so many different roles so effectively. What a professional you are Sally Field. Maybe someday you will make a movie based on the novel NO LANGUAGE BUT A CRY. The subject matter is perfect for you. Your acting brings such sanity to us all...so much caring comes through your characters. Thank you so much. If you know the answers to the questions, please email to mimouse@bellsouth.net. Hi there, Ms. Field. This is Parker Gabriel, writing to you from the City of Brotherly Love itself, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In the course of my viewing some of the eighty-two distinct installments of "The Flying Nun," I had heard you singing on several occasions. "What A Question," in particular, appealed to me.

If any of your representatives, including those who DO respond to messages of this type where you yourself cannot, can inform me of whether you again plan to do any singing on screen, it would be appreciated. You, and they, have my thanx in advance.

Hi Sally, I've never left a message on a message board before so bare with me :). My name is Sydney and I'm a 16 year old girl from Arizona. I think you are an extremely talented actress and an awesome lady. Plus, you are a single mom! I know how hard that can be because its been just my mom, my brother and I for years. Whenever someone asks why my favorite actress is SALLY FIELD i always say..."who do you know that can pull off acting like a girl with 17 different personalities AND be convincing all at the same time? thats what I thought..." :). I've actually thought about acting/singing for a living myself because i just love it. Well anyway, i've liked you since i first saw you on screen when i was a little girl. It would be nice to hear from you but i know you are probably pretty busy. Take care and hope to see some new work from you soon!!!... XxMerlinsWishxX@aol.com

DEAR, SALLY My name is Jim Glazier, from 4308 42 AVE. #20 Rock MTN.. House Alberta, Canada . And I need the help of someone with great influence over people and the resources to convince people they can protect there property. I am not trying to get a hand out, but perhaps some kind of business venture where we both can make money. I have been interested in vehicle security since 1997. I get sick when I hear of peoples property stolen , damaged , and even lives lost from such a preventable problem as car theft. I have looked at many vehicle security devices and there weakness, and endeavored to build a device that is easy to install and also user friendly, and very difficult to remove. I have built prototypes, and have used one on my vehicle for three years even in big cities, and always felt comfortable that my car would always be there where I parked it. I also installed one on an old truck in an auto wreaker and it took three big men 4min. 56 seconds to remove it, only by braking the floorboard because of too ridged a base. This has since been redesigned to be flexible. It was encouraging to see one person could not remove it. It is loose enough installed, that it cannot be cut with a hacksaw, since it is made with good strong steel. The lock cannot be frozen because it is incased with steel and a small air space. These men ! tried with hammers and feet to remove it and only exhausted themselves. Since joy rides and theft of vehicles for the purpose of committing a crime are the main reasons for general auto theft, I know this will be a very good and secure type of vehicle theft deterrent. I have a U.S. patent and applied for an international patent with the help of a company in Ireland, who have done up for me a confidential research report, on North America, and Europe and are at this time trying to find manufactures all around the world that would be interested in building this device that I call "Brake Lock. There is some simple electronics that serve as a trade mark, as well as takes care of the brake light problem. I recently have had interest from England and Illinois and hope to get a positive response from them. Auto theft is a huge problem everywhere. I know it will make a difference. But it will only make a difference if people will use it. If I could give you more information that might convince you, perhaps you may be interested in being a part of this venture. .P lease, if you want more information or have questions please get in touch with me at my E-Mail address ( cadillacjim @msn.com) Thank you, I look forward to hearing from you . I left the message about the 45rpm, wanted to add that I had the 45 when i was a child and my brothers dog ate it when I was 16 and I was heartbroken. This record helped me through rough periods of my childhood and miss it very much. I'm currently trying to track down a copy off of e-bay and wanted to publicize my admiration for your career(s) and add that I've always associated you with my Mom (who shares your likeness and was born the same year) but admired your strength. Dear Sally. I wrote you about my Mother's birthday and wanted to give you her address. Dorothy Castille, 8103 West Court, Austin, Texas 78759. She will be 88 on October 26th. She always kept up with your career through writing Joy. I did try to visit you and your mother, Maggie Mahoney one summer long ago and visited the house on the beach, visiting with your brother. It has been a very long time but just wanted you to know that your Texas family keeps tabs on you and wishes you well. Regards, Carolyn Castille Easter.

Dear Sally, We have not seen each other in some time... maybe several decades. I am your cousin (2nd once removed) and played with you at Aunt Ethel's house with the cumquat (sp?) tree in the front. Maybe that was the Wilhites house. It has been a long time and I can't remember some details. The reason for my note is that my Mother's birthday is OCT 26th and she would love a note from you. She kept up with your career and wrote Joy and Aunt Ethel as the laison of our family to yours. I have movies of us playing in your pool with your step father holding me up on my back like an acrobat. I hope you get this message. Carolyn Easter (daughter of Dorothy and Bill Castille). Hi I was asked by CAF( Child Alert Foundation)http://www.ChildAlert.org to help spread the word about a boy who was the victom of a hit and run driver. Here is a clip of his story.

Eric, at the age of 10, was a victom of a hit and run driver and left with every bone in his body broken. He has a 68 degree bend in his spine, is paralyzed from his neck down. He has daily migrane headaches. To add heart ache to misery for his family, the insurance cancelled out on them.

The current van the family owns is old and not as reliable for the over 100 mile required trips to the hospital. Eric will be facing surgury to relieve pressure where his spine is restricting circulation of blood The doctors will try to straighten it with a series of rods, but even so, it's a dangerous proceedure. Please pray for Eric and his family. His family is loving and devoted to his care, but resources are limited. Help us to get them a new van!

You can read more about Eric at http://www.BrandiWard.com or e.mail her at Brandi@brandiWard.com for more information.Brandi is a 16 year old country singer trying to help this family out.Once you open the page look for a PURPLE button that say's HELP CHILDREN. Eric and his family live in Nashville Tenn. If you have a news letter please add this story to it and lets try and help this family out....

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

There are lots of interesting books listed at http://www.hbes.com/HBES/books.htm#A%20suggested%20sequence And if you've ever wondered about the evolutionary origins and genetic basis of intuition (sort of like Jurassic Park or 2001: A Space Odyssey meets The Sixth Sense or Frequency), check out http://www.bio.utk.edu/Neils.nsf/b4f38e7a3a7c24bc8525641b0066c23a/d539ccadb7ddac418525647e0063f5ee?OpenDocument or http://www.cis.plym.ac.uk/SciMedNet/library/reviewsN69+/N69BB_Science.htm Wshing you all the best. My wife and I saw The Chirstmas Tree (directed by Sally Field) when it was first broadcast in 1996 and have never seen it since. Does anyone know why the networks will not repeat it or why it is not available on video? Even better, does anyone know where I can buy a copy? Every Christmas season we expect to see it, but no luck. Thank you.

Hi Sally:

You once said that you would like to play an anthropologist -- or, as you enter a new venue, perhaps direct a story about an anthropologist. Theodora Kroeber, Alice Fletcher, Margaret Mead, Ruth Benedict, Zora Neale Hurston, and Mary Leakey are among the more obvious women of this genre whose life stories lend themselves to intriguing biographical dramatization. Of course there are many other female anthropologists and naturalists who, though relatively unknown, have made their marks on history. Congratulations on your directorial debut on the big screen. Here's wishing you all the best. Montana Diedrich aoubre@tmisnet.com

January 28, 2000

My name is Debra. My mother was diagnosed with Breast Cancer six years ago. The impact that diagnosis has had on me was rather profound. I found myself suddenly thrown into the world of cancer and was faced with the possibility of loosing my mother. My mothers condition not only affected me but also everyone whose life she touched. It prompted me to begin thinking of many things I’d never considered before. I became aware of what a devastating disease Breast Cancer is and how it overwhelms you with a sense of vulnerability. As much as anything else, I was frustrated by my inability to do much to help my mother despite my strong desire to do so.

Ever since my mothers diagnosis, I’ve been searching for a way to make a difference and do something to help in the fight against Breast Cancer. I intended to try to do something to help raise money for research and something that would allow the families of those persons struck with Breast Cancer to contribute as well.

Since I started considering doing this project with my mother in mind, I just tried to think of her most defining characteristic or trait. She’s known for her southern style cooking. I’ve never met anyone who didn’t think her pecan pie or fried chicken was the best they’ve ever tasted. It just seemed logical to pursue a cookbook idea incorporating my mother’s southern cooking recipes. After talking with many family members and other survivors of Breast Cancer I’ve developed a different twist to the original cookbook idea. Rather than having the cookbook consist solely of my mother’s recipes, I thought why not get favorite recipes submitted by people whose lives have been touched in some way by Breast Cancer. This could include daughters, sons, husbands, grandchidren, uncles aunts, friends, neighbors or just about anyone. Those contributors could submit a recipie for possible inclusion in the cookbook along with a dedication for the individual who has, had, or died from Breast Cancer. This way the contributors could help by assisting in compiling some great recipies that would go into a cookbook where a portion of the proceeds are to be donated for Breast Cancer Research and the contributors of recipies could show their love and support for their family member or friend who is either battling Breast Cancer or who has survived Breast Cancer or they can memorialize those who have been lost to the disease.

Obviously all recipies submitted can’t be included in the first cookbook. For those that are not included, there will be a section in the book which will contain the dedications sent in with the recipies that weren’t selected, or they will be added to the next edition. I thought one of the best places to contact such people would be the internet. If you would like to participate, please send me an e-mail. I will then describe the format. My email address is: demer10@aol.com Sincerely,

Debra

To Sally Field:

The roles that you have chosen as an actress suggest that you place alot of value on human relationships -- particularly connecting and interrelating with people outside of one's normal sphere of interaction. Your art speaks for itself, and admirably so, in its poignant portrayals of personal transformation and regeneration. And then of course there is your involvement in humanitarian causes for child and maternal health, and against nuclear threats to humanity.

These are all quite commendable. Still, some of us want to know what public figures like yourself have to say about imminent global crises -- including the massive loss of biodiversity in the tropical rainforests (and we're suppose to remind you to be sure to read Mark Elsis' RAINFORESTS BIODIVERSITY SCALE OF DESTRUCTION).

Our interest (at least my own) in your views does not stem from idle curiosity about celebrities. Instead, I believe, it comes from a yearning to be inspired and captivated by the same sort of transforming presence that moves us when a truly great performer works her or his magic on either the stage or the screen.

Gifted actors seem to have an uncanny ability to balance all sorts of inner and outer tensions and conflicts -- and to walk a thin line between the real and the imaginary in that illusive space in which art, innovation, and invention are born. Celebrity status aside, this may be one reason why we average folks are inclined so often to stop and listen when famous actors talk about serious world events.

And that is why it would be interesting to hear your candid ideas, Ms. Field, on how we as a global society can go about balancing the tensions between conflicting interests -- interests that include, but are not necessarily limited to: (1) biodiversity conservation (e.g., sustainable cultivation and harvesting of tropical rainforest plants); (2) the inevitability of global industrialization and colonization (e.g., from oil, lumbar, pharmaceutical industries, etc.); and (3) local peasant use (and potential exploitation) of land and other natural resources needed for the survival of Third World and Fourth World communities.

It has been said that this three-way tension boils down to a conflict between preserving the biodiversity of the earth's animal and plant species, exploiting the planet in the name of modernization and development, and ensuring the availability of resources for local (peasant and indigenous) peoples, especially women and children.

I would like to know if you plan to address this topic or related topics in any public forums in the foreseeable future. Or is there anything in print about your thoughts on the matter?

Thanks for any insights you care to share.
